Ginseng extract (Ginsenoside)
Ginsenosides all have a similar basic structure, containing 30 carbon atoms arranged into four rings of steranosteroid nuclei. They are divided into two groups depending on the structure of the glycoside: the dammarane type and the oleanane type.
The dammarane types include two classes: panaxanediol type A, with an aglycones of 20 (S) -protopanaxanediol. It contains the most гинзенозиды, such as ginsenosides Rb1, Rb2, Rb3, Rc, Rd, Rg3, Rh2 and glycoside PD; Panaxtriol type -B type, the aglycone is 20 (S) -propanaxtriol. It contains ginsenosides Re, Rg1, Rg2, Rh1 and glucosidyl PT. Oleanane type: oleanic acid-C type, the aglycone is oleanic acid. Total saponins do not hemolysis, and type A is anti-hemolysis while type B and C hemolysis.
Ginsenosides Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Re, Rg1, Rg2 are the main components of water ginseng, sun-cured ginseng and red ginseng, and ginsenosides Rh1, Rh2, Rg3, Rg5, Rg6, Rs4-Rs7, Rk1-Rk3 are the specific components of red ginseng. Ginsenosides Rh1, Rh2 and Rg3 are the deglycosylated products of ginsenosides Rg2, Rg3 and Rd, ginsenosides Rg5 and Rg6 are the dehydrated products of ginsenosides Rg3 and Rg2, and ginsenosides Rs1, Rs2 and Rs3 are the acetylation products of ginsenosides Rb2, Rc and Rg3, respectively.
