Anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins
Proanthocyanidins are one of the main components in Portuguese tea polyphenol capsules, which is a powerful antioxidant. However, although many people confuse it with anthocyanins, in fact, anthocyanins and proanthocyanins are not the same substance, and they differ in several ways.
